I legit can't think of a way for them to compete. Amazon has them forever beat on price, and Wal-Mart has them beat on price AND matched in terms of convenience. They can't even really do what Gamestop is doing by turning into a used electronics store and like Best Buy and turning into a pseudo cell phone distributor.

They could try filling the gap that Blockbuster left and compete with Gamefly by being the only "wander in, walk out with whatever game you want" player around, but even that isn't enough to hold the chain afloat.
