There are two substances in pee: the urea which is specific toxins and wastes that your body needs to expel, and then what is basically just moisture your body didn't use. When you pee, your body mixes them so that the urea will flush out more cleanly. The yellow color and ammonia-like smell we associate with pee comes from urine. That's why if you pee after drinking lots of liquids it is usually clear--the ratio of urea is very low. When a woman squirts, she shoots out the liquid without the urea. Whether you consider it pee or not is up to you I guess.
