I get free contacts so no. When the month is up, they go in the trash.

After about 2 weeks, I usually change out my contacts. They noticeably feel a bit more worn. Everyone I've heard of who bragged about how they over-used their contacts was a bitch/jerk who thought they were pulling a fast one on the optics industry. If you can't afford contacts every year just buy glasses and bite the bullet.

I stretch out my monthlies for a week or two longer generally. I'll also go days or weeks at a time of not wearing them.

What the fuck.

I had dailies but even then couldn't stand them for longer than 6 hours.

Been wearing contacts for 14 years.

The longest I've ever warn them was maybe 26 hours, and they were practically glued to my eyes when I tried to take them out.

They don't melt unles you're really close to a fire, like close enough to kiss it lol

The real worry is them drying out and scratching and/or causing an infection

I was the same way until I switched to this newest brand. I think they're called Aqua night and day or something like that. If I slept in contacts prior, I'd wake up with them shriveled and dried up. These though, I can easily leave in a week straight without thinking about them. Sometimes 2.
