Meant for my neighbors. Their son was late to school, showed up at 7:31am.

Not gonna hand this in to the correct address. Instead gonna keep it long enough to show my buddies as we all went to this high school then throw it out.

Id like to think school starts at 730am making the one minute tardy even more hilarious.

My thought is based on when i was in high school if the parents dont get the note kid serves his detention and they dont know about it. Maybe things have changed. Even if the kid somehow gets in more trouble it isnt like ill care.

He got clocked for 7:31. LMAO. I know every boss and employer is different but ive never worked for anybody who would care if i show up/clock in one literal minute late.

school gets out at 2:19 so while its an early start they arent being kept super long.

I recall one time when I was in high school I got written up and had a detention for(and i still have this keepsake treasure to this day) "Inappropriate nazi symbol on paper football"

see during study hall I was playing paper football with this dude, and another dude takes our paper football, draws a swastika on it, but we kept playing with it because who the hell cares. a few minutes later our paper football goes flying off the table to the feet of the study hall monitor, who promptly steps on it, picks it up, notices the swastika and writes us up on the spot.

We tried telling him we didnt write it on there but he didn't care. Oh well, a detention is only 45 minutes after school you were supposed to do homework, but most people slept i think. not really a big deal.

Do they not teach penmanship at any point in the public education system there?
