When Konami trademarked and still holds the name from back when Kojima Productions was Konami studio?
isn't that why we had Xenosaga after Xenogears, because the IP holder is Square so they had to change the name and only indirectly reference stuff? Same reason why when GT closed, the staff that formed EZA could not use the names for their old shows at GT and thus Huber Hype turned into Huber Syndrome, Mandatory Update turned into Easy Update and such. --- "Warwick are you jungling" "No I'm standing by the wolves because I miss my family" ...
