On pull days im working my biceps and back. I lift until failure. But the next day im not sore. Does this mean im still not working hard enough?

I do dumbell bicel curls, i do the sitting row cable machine thing, single dumbbell rows on the bench, the lat pull down thing on the cable machines. And the machine that lets you add rubber weights, the thats similar to the single rows on the bench but stnading upright and you pull towards you.

I did the 6 exercises, all lifting to failure. Right now if i pull my elbows back, i feel a little bit of something in my back just behind the armpits. But nothing else. No soreness in my biceps or middle or lower back.

biceps heal pretty fast and maybe you aren't working out your back hard enough

that's normal. DOMS is not a sign that you're making progress, so if you don't get it, which you won't after you've been training for a while, it's not an issue (and in fact is a good thing).
