Then when I go to nights I'll get another dollar. I was making $25 before with 2-4 hours OT every day. Weekends were straight OT. $450/day and we only worked half-time, paid for full. Left that job after 3 years to start up my own company in December last year. Being a one person business owner is the happiest I've ever been in my life. Stressful on some days, but I can never go back to being an employee. I'm on track to barelllllly hit $200,000 in sales by end of year if work stays steady like it has been going last 4 months. I just turned 31 last month, no real debt besides the house right now. Very fortunate to be in the position I'm at now due to all the hard work in my 20's and overtime I took from other co-workers who didn't want it at the time.
