Even more if you get the ring and diamond separately and have someone set them. In terms of the actual wedding, I've had some friends do "barn weddings" where they made all the decorations and set everything up themselves and that brought the cost waaaay down because those places just charge to rent the location for a day, not per-head like a reception hall.
