Technically, yeah, but generally speaking most white people are going to be comfortable with a fork, most Asians are going to be comfortable with chopsticks. It's not some inability of them to use "each other's" utensil, but simply what's more common in their culture; your appearance being a way of identifying that. If you get offended by that, you really need to grow the fuck up.

On the other hand, if they outright refuse when you ask "could I have chopsticks instead?" because you're white, it's fair enough to get offended at that point.
