The FBI can only get involved if Trump wants them to get involved. Kavanaugh is a presidential nominee, so only the president have the power to start an FBI investigation. Unless it's related to a federal crime, the FBI will not involve themselves. The senate doesn't have any power in this matter and no matter how much the Dems push for it, it's not gonna happen.

punish death threats with a beating the first the time (like let four cops wail on the person for 2 minutes) and then their second offense equals a minimum 6 month prison sentence in max security. third? kill them.

i guarantee you these fucking "tough guys" would stop after punishment one. and if they make it all the way to three, well they wont do it again for sure
