I kinda get to a point to where I dont even chime in on political topics. At least not like I used to. My views are unchanged, but I just dont care to argue about it most of the time.

It's less discussing politics and more arguing. I know that won't change any minds, and at that point I focus more on correcting misinformation/opposing propaganda.

Mix it up. I've got a few other boards I regular where I explicitly don't talk politics. Too much of anything gets stale.

I still enjoy engaging in political discussions but Ive chilled out a bit about it. I mean I put in for my ballot so its only a matter of time before I do the part that makes a difference anyways.

Pretty much.
Nothing has changed my opinion on anything. And nothing is going to. If anything, the way the other side acts just reinforces my beliefs even more. I don't bother watching the news anymore. Any given hour of any given day I can already tell you what the "headlines" are. I know where I stand. I voted the way I did. And I know where I'm standing and how I'm voting for the remainder of my life on this planet. --- FFVII Remake: A disaster in the making.
