down to get to the end of the page. Is there a name for that feature? Is it something that we can edit on each website so that they just display the entire results immediately instead of having us scroll down every time? It's really annoying.

I hate websites that have video on the main page. Takes forever to load, and eats up too much data. Not everyone has an unlimited plan. (I'm looking at you, school district website. And it's not even GOOD video.)

TC, do you mean infinite scrolling in search results? They suck. Having page numbers helps you find things again later, and jump closer to the results you want if they are in a certain order.

I mean if it were up to I'd like everything displayed all at once on my screen, but I'll take page numbers over infinite scrolling any day.

It's a form of paging and without it there's a good chance the site would have serious performance issues.
