What are you on about? Comcast doesn't even take phone calls; it's mostly done via "live chat." I actually was referring to our wi-fi service, which stinks. And my husband's company is having trouble with Comcast Business. Our community currently does not have any alternative internet providers, so we're stuck with Comcast for now.
