Day after: I'm very stiff but not hurting - and by stiff I mean a sort of non-functioning half-paralysis
2 days after: I can bend, but I now ache when doing so 3 days after: I no longer hurt, but I'm full of lethargy and depression... possibly from a build up of natural inflammatory antibodies or something, IDK --- "Salt cures Everything!"
