Buffalo Mozzarella. Add that and swap the lettuce for basil and you've got an actual sandwich inspired by common Italian antipasti (the caprese salad), often served with a splash of balsamic vinegar.

dont use crap tomatoes. fresh home grown tomatoes on some good bread with a bit of mayo is amazing.
