I get very opinionated about certain things, and comics is a big deal to me

I get very annoyed when movies fuck things up. and one thing I really hate is when a movie is ashamed of it's origins and tries to distance itself from the source feel of the comics

so don't call good movies 'bad'
say they're bad adaptions if you want, but 2/3rds of the trilogy are widely considered to be much better films than most other comic book movies are

Nolan made bad movies. the only thing good in that trilogy is Joker

Nolan ruined Batman because he had his own twisted vision. look at Rises. Nolan took a big shit on Bane and people treat it like a masterpiece. that Bane in Rises is the most pathetic version of Bane to ever exist. they ruined the character but people who don't know better think he's awesome.

I personally don't care for the Nolan Batman trilogy (though I don't think they're bad and I certainly don't think Nolan is a bad director) but lol at getting upset at a filmmaker for injecting his own style to an adaptation opposed to doing everything from the comics to a T.

Affleck had a great take on an older batman. His Bruce Wayne was fine. While I preferred the Nolan films overall, I think Affleck was a better Batman than Bale was.

I don't like Bale because I feel he does not Bruce Wayne or Batman. there was a scene in Rises in the batcave where he is in his normal clothes at the computer and I remember thinking in that moment "that is not Bruce Wayne...."

There are some major editing problems in that movie and the story makes no sense. But it was fun to watch.

because they aren't as good at playing that role. But you can definitely see that they tried to incorporate elements of their performances, where they failed is when they tried to put their own spin on it. if they just did their own thing from the Jump it would have been better.
