I think Deku is going to have a hidden quirk that hes had all along

So he was never actually quirkless

And the quirk will make him OPd in some way.

Its going to be a big surprise powerup during an important battle

Similar to goku turning super Saiyan.

Im predicting this because there was an episode that discussed hidden quirks and how some people dont discover their quirks until later in their life

That would be pretty predictable, although if they're smart about it they'll avoid that writing trap.

Of course its a pretty standard shonen so I doubt they'll avoid it.
