Hey, Hundley isn't on the Packers.

Kaepernick sucks and is a huge discraction. That also wants the same money as starting Qbs. If he wasn't awful and didn't want more money than he's worth then maybe the distraction wouldn't matter.

Rex ryan was still employed despite me lolling hard at the jets for years and him being a joke coach and then he got employed by the bills and they became a bigger laughing stock. Same with mark sanchez and jay cutler and kyle orton and other quarterbacks who were extremely krappy but managed to hang onto other teams. I think people itt don't understand the actual CBA.

1. The question of whether teams colluded against him do not hinge on whether he's "good enough" for a position. You can collude against a terrible player as well. So the arguments about how good a player he is miss the point, since it's likely that a preponderance of evidence for him requires more than just "Look at them compared to me!"

2. For his case to be successful, he doesn't need all 32 teams to collude against him. Just two of the thirty two teams or a team and the league office.

3. He can still claim collusion even if he was offered a contract by a team if they colluded with another team to keep the price down.

Can you blame the individual teams for not wanting the drama he was creating? Owners and coaches are afraid of the players and they didnt want anybody on the team who might convince the players to act even worse.

Hopefully he's picked up more skills in life than just football, for his sake.

But there are obligations from the CBA that prevent teams from colluding with each other or the league.

Specific owners have been deposed for questions for the hearing over the last six months or so. Kaep and his representation aren't just going into this as "I'm good enough to have a position and I don't", because that would never be sufficient evidence for collusion.

Tyrod Taylor is actually a good comparison, but Kaep has generally generated more chunk plays and more scores over his career(Tyrod is slightly more accurate and better at protecting the football). Overall, he's probably a bit better than Tyrod is, and flashed franchise-QB potential under Harbaugh.

In other words, he's 100% been black-balled for his political beliefs(NFL teams eagerly employ the likes of A.J. McCarron, Chad Henne, Geno Smith, Blake Bortles, etc. etc.) The few teams he had contact with demanded he stand for the anthem as a condition for employment, IIRC.

What QBs other teams have is irrelevant. All they have to say is they don't want to deal with media distractions and the NFL wins. Kaep has zero chance and he shouldn't win
