Imagine if they made Black Panther's sister white just for the sake of diversity. It makes no sense in the context of who she is or where she is from; it's an emotionally-based decision based on affirmative action. She would have been out of place and it would have made no sense for her to be white, just how it would make zero sense for Ciri to be black given all we know about the character and her history. Why can't Polish people have their thing?
