You def do not need to work out every day to maintain that physique.

If your muscles aren't being used, they'll be deleted. I'm sure you could get away with light training a few times a week and lose like less than 10% a year if you never pick up.

Getting to that point probably takes like 1-2 years of mild effort.

You don't need a bodybuilder lifestyle to have "big" muscles.

Also TC's mentality if why america is fucking obese as fuck, dumb people think you need to put in full time job levels of effort when even doing it on and off if you feel like it will provide immense results in the long run (couple of years) but if you actually dedicate yourself to once a day every couple of days it only takes like 4 months to start getting ripped, it's not even hard, you start easy and slowly add weight. but aint nobody got time for that I guess, but they sure have time to look at memes all day every day.

helll I work out while fucking watching my subscription channel videos at home, I dont even need to go to a gym, if you are gonna spend time all day in front of the computer might as well do something productive while you do so.
