We took this action based on new reports of Tweets and videos posted yesterday that violate our abusive behavior policy, in addition to the accounts previous violations, the company posted on its Safety account. The crucial part here. If you can't follow the terms of service guidelines, you can't guarantee that you'll have an account on their platform. He was rude to Marco Rubio.
