Like I've seen some gameplay and it looks pretty enough but I don't really see how it looks functionally much different to the older open world spiderman games. Is webslinging across this cityscape much different to doing so in the 2002 or whenever PS2 era spiderman movie tie in

it looks like the gameplay is fun, it looks good, and one of the reviews (I've only watched one) said the Peter segments were also great

Insomniac, and it's finally a AAA Spider-Man game rather than a movie tie-in or budget title thrown together and pushed out by Activision. People have high hopes for it just because of that.
