To be clear, I have no problem with them getting political, but why choose one of the most divise guys who is more known for politics and less for his sports career? There had to be better choices.

Not all publicity is good publicity. Nike took a gamble and figure that a lot inner city kids are going to support Kaep and buy Nike gear. They probably think that appealing to SJWs are going to bring in more sales.
It's a business decision. We'll see there are more people buying Nike than not buying Nike. I think Nike is stupid to isolate such a large demographic just to appeal to SJWs, who doesn't have much spending cash to begin with. --- Sig under construction! ... Copied to Clipboard!
