Death Battle > You.

I just had an avocado with tuna sandwhich

Was pretty dope I recommend it for your next lunch

Again.

Death Battle > You.

The secret is to spread the avocado on one side and the tuna on the other - I put a little feta for more oomph

Again.

Death Battle > You.

I should have put some pepper on it

Actually a lot of comic fans would have WAY more knowledge than Deathbattle. Like the poster said that youtube channel has a few problems. I probably know more about Moon Knight than what DB would find out for instance.

Saying "Beating Batman" isn't that big a feat is pretty ridiculous considering Batman has almost always been written as a nearly-top-tier hero just behind Planet Busters and Reality Warpers. To outwit Batman is the mental equivalent of outslugging The Hulk. To be frank, aside from them jobbing Spiderman in Kraven's Last Hunt, Kraven's narrative feats aren't spectacular. His plots are a bit above average, his physical prowess is basically peak human, and his convictions limit his versatility.

Except Batman's been beaten by...

Killer Croc ( a lot)
Joker
Deathstroke
Random mob of people
Harley Quinn
etc.

He's far from infallible and loses to street levelers all the time.

I used to trust Death Battle, but their logic isn't always consistent. I wouldn't mind one of those live action battles though. like when Wolverine fought the Predator.

Well yeah, it's a comic. You have to go by feats and abilities not wins/losses. Thanos has been beaten by the cops lol. The Silver Surfer has been beaten by 3 random Latinos.

To be more specific, he saw Bruce Wayne through a window from a building across the street and immediately recognized him as Batman.

Thanos has never been beaten by cops in comics canon.

And losing/winning is a feat. It shows how you match up to others with their own feats.

Also Batman's feats aren't great when compared to the likes of Spider-Man and Kraven. He's DEFINITELY not top anything if we use actual feats. He's closer to the bottom.

I don't think that was non-canon but even if it wasn't it doesn't matter. The point is these things happen in comic books.

Spider-Man is tougher than Batman physically but Batman is arguably harder to beat because of his resources. The wins/losses aren't treated as feats in itself usually. Usually stuff like "Is capable of lifting 30 tons, moves faster than x, etc"

The Thanos thing never happened in the 616 universe so yeah it's non-canon.

Batman is in no way harder to beat than Spider-Man.

Feats wise:

Spidey/Kraven are stronger vastly.

Spidey/Kraven are faster

Spidey/Kraven are more durable

Kraven has better senses

They fight close to equally as good as each other.

This is why Kraven's better than Bane. And it's not close.

And yes wins and losses count because your feats are useless if you can never beat anyone with them.

The Thanos thing was 616 wasn't it? I don't remember at all. I never even read that comic itself and only saw screens of it. Again though whether it was 616 Thanos or not doesn't matter. The point is silly things happen in comics at times. You could argue that Black Panther can beat Silver Surfer. He shouldn't be able to at all, but he did beat him in the comics. Wins/Losses are the absolute worst thing to go by in comics because of how they are written.

Batman and his busted ass utility belt, martial arts, genius, and all of his other resources makes dealing with him potentially tougher than dealing with Spider-Man. Especially when you factor in preparation.

I wouldn't be surprised if Batman beat Spidey himself with planning. Bats could exploit Pete's spider sense by creating threats coming from multiple directions until Pete's evasiveness eventually has him landing right where Batman wanted him to land the entire time, and boom! trap!

but my Batman fandom also has me trying to rationalize how he can beat Goku with planning, so... yeah... lolololol

No. It was like a saturday comic on a cereal box. Nothing to do with the 616 universe.

Black Panther has never beaten Silver Surfer for one. For two, you're using outliers to try to discount things that happen all the time.

Batman loses to those people I named constantly. It's his established level of ability.

And Spider-Man is a genius too but he has minor pre-cog, is super fast, and super strong compared to Batman. Batman for instance, gets regularly stomped by Deathstroke. A trained mercenary with minor super powers.

Spider-Man stomps someone similar in Wolverine.

1. Ah that's interesting. People always made it sound like it was a regular comic when they discussed it.
2. When Black Panther put the Silver Surfer in an armlock and he couldn't do anything to free himself I'm calling that a win. These situations where a person beats someone they have no business competing happen all of the time in comics. It is very common. You'll often see a strong fighter just straight job to another person just to prove how tough the new threat or protagonist is. That's just the way things work. You're also looking at multiple writers and each writer has a different interpretation/direction they want to take with the character.
3.Batman has also beaten white martians before though and is often written as someone that can exploit weaknesses and win against extremely tough opponents. I don't think this is a good argument.
4.Eh I'd argue that based off of what they can do Batman can situationally be tougher. Not that this matters. Spider-Man should beat both (especially Wolverine) in a random encounter.

2. This never happened. He put Surfer in an armbar and Surfer pretended to not get out. It only lasted for a panel and is in no way a defeat. It's even been explained by the writer.

And yes it's common, but you simply throw out outliers. If Batman beats 1 White Martian and loses to 10 street levelers, guess which one we use?

3. See above.
