For two, you're using outliers to try to discount things that happen all the time. Batman loses to those people I named constantly. It's his established level of ability. And Spider-Man is a genius too but he has minor pre-cog, is super fast, and super strong compared to Batman. Batman for instance, gets regularly stomped by Deathstroke. A trained mercenary with minor super powers.
