The building is "supposed" to be a smoke free zone but naturally he don't give no shits and just smokes in the room, which I hate. Completely pisses me off when he talks about wanting to get healthy while smoking a cig, almost like he's making fun and doesn't mean it.

The fuck? Just take a picture and send it to HR or some shit. If he's literally smoking inside and giving no fucks, not only is he violating the building rules, but forcing employees to work in a smoke-filled environment is surely a huge OSHA violation

Yeah don't ever go to HR. Human resources is not there to do things for you, they're there to protect their company from complainers. You walk into the door to the HR office, they immediately start planning on how to fire you. They aren't your buddies, they aren't your friends. They aren't on your side.

The mideast is a repressed hypocritical place where smoking is perfectly fine because lord knows they've already banned the more traditional vices like alcohol, prostitution and drugs which I'm completely fine with because it's not a smoke I have to inhale (unless the drugs are a joint being smoked in which case that's wrong, only injected/snorted/eaten is fine since I don't give a shit what happens to your body, it's your right. Up until it infringes on my rights, which smoking definitely does)

What I'm getting at is, 9 times out of 10, the HR staff would probably be smokers themselves so... yeah I'm screwed.
