A while ago I cut back heavily on soda and lost over 30lbs in two months. People don't realize it's as bad as it is. Drink diet instead. Not like it tastes much different unless you're drinking the ones made with real sugar. Except artificial sweeteners are actually fattening too. Stevia is about it.
