Like if two are on a date at a restaurant she will sit at the table but she will demand that you sit on the floor. Basically anytime you're with her during a situation where you normally sit in a seat you must sit on the floor. She will sit normally however.

Now I'm mildly intrigued.

I just wouldn't take her out anywhere where sitting is required. She wouldn't complain because she is perfect.

When we do go somewhere together I'll just be standing, or if I must sit I go to the floor and play it off as my idea. I'm just eccentric like that. She will play along because she is perfect.

She won't be sad that I never take her out anywhere and just keep her as a stay at home pet, because she's perfect.

I'll get rid of all the chairs in my house too, just to be a dick. She'll love me all the more for doing it, because she's perfect.

As long as I can make it uncomfortable to sit in a chair I'm fine

Well, I suppose she can make demands (like that's a new from girls). Hmph... as if any sane guy didn't ignore their gf/wife/etc. demands (nagging) 90% of the time anyway. Anyway, you didn't specify that ignoring her automatically means the relationship is at an end :).

This is a tough one. If shes so perfect you'd want to show her off to your friends and family. But when ever she sits at a table, and you have to sit on the floor is really hard to accept.
