But especially if you have it on a steak grilled over charcoal . . . cuts and compliments the richness of a nice fatty ribeye. I use a basic dressing recipe, mayo, buttermilk, worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, black peper and half a wedge of blue cheese, blend it up, then add some blue cheese crumbles. edit: Only a spoonful or two does the trick. You can even finish the steak with it on top. Let it melt in.
