good question.
i enjoyed the first few guitar heroes but that didn't last long, till about 3. also people are going to hate me for it but cod was decent until like blops2 after which i just stopped caring, i did enjoy all the games until that point though. --- Surf ... Copied to Clipboard!

Brotherhood was too similar to 2 and III was straight up ass though Brotherhood (and Revelations) suffered from only having one city to explore. Same reason I didn't like Unity or Syndicate. Still, Brotherhood did introduce a few new features that improved the series, such as Brotherhood missions and better property management. Revelations didn't do much gameplay-wise, but it was a nice conclusion to Altair's & Ezio's stories and a good setup for AC3. 3 was probably my favorite; I don't get the hate for it. ... MLB The Show is a good series, but it has seriously plateaued. It still lacks a lot of detail and realism that it should have by now.

I really hated the setting. I think that's what killed the fun for me. Going from running around on Venice rooftops to...like climbing trees and boring square buildings? Meh. Once they announced the setting, I fully expected to hate it for the same reason. It wasn't my favorite setting of the series, but it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected either. There was more than enough to make up for it imo. I'm actually replaying AC2 right now and just got to Venice yesterday.
