Only when I'm in my car. 80s Classic Rock and Metal, though they keep pushing bands like U2 and whatnot on that station, so I might have to find another station to listen to, or just cut out radio entirely and save up for an in-car music player(if they exist)

Every once in a while when I don't have anything specific I feel like listening to. I'm in SoCal, and the six stations I have programmed in my car are:

93.1 (Jack FM)
95.5 (KLOS)
98.7 (Think it's called STAR? Or The Sound?)
102.7 (KISS FM)
105.9 (Power 106)
106.7 (KROQ)

i have all these too. 98.7 is alt though

Yes but only grudgingly. If I'm driving I'm using my iPod Classic 95% of the time. The only time I listen to radio is if I'm driving my mom's car that has Sirius XM or if I forgot my iPod at home and I'm stuck with FM radio in the car I use.

Also I listen to a lot of bootleg Sirius XM comedy radio shows on Youtube, but that's through my browser (Jim Norton and Sam Roberts Show, The Bonfire with Big Jay Oakerson and Dan Soder).

If I'm driving I occasionally tune into rock 88.9 (wstb). They're one of those listener-supported radio stations so that translates into no commercials. For some reason they play oldies on Sundays though.

During high school and my early college years (2005-11) I listened to WSTB allll the time. It was always a disappointment turning it on Sundays and hearing the Oldies Jukebox lol. I rarely listen to the radio anymore (it's Spotify 99% of the time now) but if I do it's 91.3, which is also listener-supported

tbh i haven't listened to them consistently since 2011 probably as well, streaming is where it's at. sometimes i'll put them on though when i'm driving and they'll be playing something i like that i found somewhere else, so i guess my tastes haven't changed that much. they used to play some pretty obscure metal in 03-04-05 though.

i remember them playing this song every other minute

When I get tired of the spotify playlist yeah. I like the nice drive home after work with straight jazz radio.

I do, but not a whole lot these days. Our work truck is usually turned to the classic rock station so I leave it on that if someone is riding with me since its not something anyone would complain about, or Ill just leave it if its a short trip, but otherwise if Im by myself I listen to podcasts from my phone.

Not much, otherwise, though. Used to listen to talk radio a lot not that long ago at my old job all day, but dont really have that chance anymore.

When I was a kid I had the radio on all the time, and even as a teen and early college the car I had didnt even have a cassette player, lol, so listened to a lot of radio in that.

Weirdly my current car doesnt even get AM stations at all, even local.
