Isn't Pittsburgh like 30 mins from the Ohio border? It's like in Tennessee, I get all the Carolina games also. It's just geographic options.

The Steelers are in the AFC north along with the Bengals, Browns, and Ravens.

We get Raven games in my part of PA instead of Steelers or Eagles games sometimes. It's just the NFL's idiotic closest team gets shown rule.
