There have been many interviews with both young and old rappers saying that Eminem is legit and they probably would not want to challenge him, for whatever that's worth. Just not on the level of a lot of the New York rappers, IMO. I'd put him in my top 20, and if do put a lot of thought into it, maybe top 10 But no, he wasn't just good for a white guy.
