Reminds me of that Ted Talk that got banned on youtube.

Lady was talking about openly offering help to pedophiles. Bad things happen to kids because society shuns them and they go underground with their desires.

Of course the elephant in the room was what sort of real help can you offer for someone's sexuality?

It depends on the fetish. For most fetishes, you just find a group of people who share your fetish to enjoy the fetish with. For a foot fetish, though, you try to force your fetish on everyone else. That's the rule for some dumb reason.
