If an enemy can take our our communications and GPS satellites, they've completely crippled our military and tanked our economy almost overnight. You do realize it would be much simpler to just hack our infrastructure from the surface to take control of our satellites.

Or just fucking shoot that shit out of orbit, also from the surface.

This does not facilitate a need for a space force. If anything it facilitates a need for better cyber security.

Either way, are you going to at least acknowledge that our satellite infrastructure alone might justify better defense, regardless of whether you think that should come from an Air Force plus-up or a new organization? Or are we still pretending there's "no threat"?
