Should alex be tried for murder? - Results (10 votes) Yes 80% (8 votes) 8 No 20% (2 votes) 2 I was just wondering after the info wars thing. Basically should people have "complete" free speech, but the result is, easier to sue them for damages as a result of fake news. In my example, can a fake news creator be charged for murder? --- Be a team player, guard those super jump rings. See a team member inking a wall to swim up on? ink with them. You need to demonstrate that they knew something wasn't true, therefore intent to deceive. You have to demonstrate that their claims specifically incited actions which lead to material damage. There's a question of liability on the part of the listener. Is it reasonable for them to have expected listeners to take those extreme actions?
