If your phone is unlocked and it uses AT&T towers, you could look into US Mobile. I use it and pay around $12 a month, but you can customize your own plan to include more or less data, minutes and texts depending on your needs.

*checks Tracfone website*

Smart Phone plan: 200 min talk, 500 texts, and 500 MG data $15

Basic phone plan: 200 min "talk, text, and web" (not sure how that even works as a single pool...) $40

WHAT THE FUCK ?!

I saw ting a while ago, they seemed really cool. But they use Sprint network. If that's not an issue for someone, they seem like the best company.

See, this is why you're always going to be wrong. You're manufacturing 'proof'. Why aggregate landlines but not cell phones? Then because different areas offer different pricing I'm not sure you'll ever get a fair comparison.

i mean i can literally show you how to get a smartphone, for free, that you don't have to pay a dime for, that gets 500 minutes, unlimited texts, and 1-2gb of data, a month, for free.

but then again you'd just move the goalposts again, wouldn't you.
notice how that isn't a question.

that's aside from the fact that landline service doesn't tend to fluctuate in price very much, or often.

that's even ignoring the fact you refuse to tell us what, exactly, you pay for landline service when bundled. i wonder why that is, especially when your entire argument hinges on knowing that number.

My original statement that there's a catch for the $7 deal was correct - you don't keep the time you pay for.

yes. you tend to stop being able to use a service when you stop paying for it. this is generally how utilities and other services work in the world.

Google just means search, they aren't using the actual site.

For what, food stamps? The goals don't move if your 'free' isn't saddled with restrictions.

Depends on your local deals and bundles.

I'd have to look, the damn company probably doesn't itemize. And before you go there, cable could be the next to go if I don't like to waste money.

uh what, to Google something means using Google.com to search.

really. it means typing the search into the address bar which then takes you to the Google results page for it, but it's still Google

they all do, but I'm sure you miraculously have the one company that somehow doesn't.
