Their postings on social media is a lot more tenuous as far as being allowed, so it would depend on the quality of the content and what is being shared. I remember some time ago a lot of the Dawkins topics were closed because people were posting stuff with his full name and personal info. But in the recent topics I think most people have been careful to just call him Dawkins and actually censor his name from the screenshots of his twitter

If he is posting this himself on public social media, and all the private information is censored, then it should be fine. If you yourself are going out of your way to find this data to post it yourself (IE going to government websites and running sesrches of his name), you're crossing a line. We don't have a problem if he is posting it. We have a problem if somebody else is posting it. Private information also includes his social media handles.

And for the record, the last topic crossed the line when a user started posting screen grabs from a Facebook group DM that was full of Dawkins related material. If you're going to gossip about him, use the information he has made publicly available. Don't start propagating shit that other people are doing or saying.
