I mean we got a teaser(no platform confirmed but Switch is the obvious choice) but its clearly really far off. Remember the this is not broccoli teaser? I just don't get why they were so rushed to get Ys 7 and 8 out, and to do so they gave 7 to xseed and 8 to nisa, and nisa fucked it up HARD --- ... Copied to Clipboard!

the "" logic"" was because nisa was a bigger name publisher in the west, despite the scope of both nisa and xseed localizing fairly niche games. and since JP devs seem to lack sense when it comes to business decisions I have no faith in them to have xseed continue on with the series' localization even in the wake of ys8s initial bomb of a release
