Like a lot of the gamers I know think nothing of spending $500 on a graphics card but scoff at jeans that cost more than $30. If you can, and want to spend $3000 on a beastly rig and setup, you can. If you can only afford $800, there's still options. Hell, it's a LOT cheaper than most other pasttimes, like drinking heavily, working on old cars, or just about anything else that takes a significant investment. --- I have a signature.
