i'm inclined to side with her actually after getting all the facts

in 2009 they started dating

brynn was a USC college player and could have gone pro (she was 19 at this time)

instead she had TWO of blake's kids (she has another kid with a former USC football player, but i don't see how that's relevant here)

instead of her going pro, blake told her in 2013 that if she just raised the kids full time, he would concentrate on getting a max contract and that he would always take care of her

in 2017 a month before getting married, blake asked her to sign a prenup, which she refused since it goes against what they orally agreed to

blake cancelled the wedding and started dating kendall jenner, being seen with her in vegas on what would have been his wedding day

he then started no longer paying her

they tried couples therapy but he wouldn't stop seeing kendall on the side

3 mil/yr seems fair for that, it's not like it was a one night lay like all y'all are trying to make it sound like

that was over a decade ago...and that athlete never went pro i don't think (or wasn't successful if he did). so...want to rethink that?

the money isn't meant to replace her income, it's meant live up to blake's word. the punishment has to be more severe than the initial cost, otherwise everyone would do it as there's no downside: either you get away with it or you would have had to pay that much anyway. and it's also an opportunity cost...she sacrificed her ENTIRE career. WNBA, sports journalism, etc and she could have invested the money.
