I just wonder if there are people in Russia that believe Yuri Gagarin becoming the first man in space was a government fake like some people do here over Armstrong being the first man on the moon.

There was a piece I remember reading where linguists pointed out that Ohioans of his region and generation tended to run certain sounds together when they talked, so that "for a" came out as "fruh".
