Error1355 07/27/18 11:49:21 AM #1:	She calls in complaining constantly that everything she has is hacked. She's called in like 10 times in the last three days, claiming anything from that ISIS is going to behead her, that people are hacking her cable box to make her buy PPVs that she didn't buy. That they are changing her channels to shows that they know annoy her. She's claiming that her On Screen Keyboard is hacked and is being used to steal her identity. I almost talked her into canceling her internet service (god I wish) but she declined, saying she'll just pray and hope for the best. Back in March I had wrote up this post explaining the call I had earlier in the year from her: Here are a few quotes from them: "they are setting up cables to hack her from another country" She had Google on her computer because Google was being hacked too. "They know how to keep getting my passwords." The wifi networks near her house means people have access to her computer. She reports people are getting into her PC while she's sleeping. Like physically in her room. She wanted me to get Microsoft to remove airplane mode from Windows as the hackers are using that to hack her. They claim they talked to the local police who reported she was 'super hacked'. They had us replace the modem a day ago on recommendation of the police. Proof of being hacked was that when she checked a box tfrom 'yes' to 'no' then something changed. She can't describe what she clicked or what changed. She believes the 'connect automatically' button on wifi is put in there by hackers to steal her data. She wants it removed from Windows. They claim anything put into their home is 'completely hacked and unusable' within 30 seconds. Literal quote: "The hackers even have our blood" They think Microsoft is compromised as well. They claimed the wifi network is being used across the world in the middle east. When I explained to him a wifi router will barely even go beyond their home I was interrupted by telling me that router manufactures lie to us but it can extend across the world. I have some government job, but I'm not using my skills. I have every intention of getting back in the technical field. Got a job at DoT and I was super jealous. My brother went comp sci and he makes bank too. Id never do engineering because it sounds like an even greater hell than what I went through but I felt like it opened more doors for other people than my degree did. Meh. My job is okay but Im using it to build a good reputation for myself in the company.
