It's a cute colorful talking horse show made by Lauren Faust, very fluid and HD animation and the characters all look great. Instead of being fat and pudgy like before, they're slim with great designs. It legitimately started out as a joke, but people actually found it interesting and started actually watching it. I've been watching this show since February 2011 and have proudly called myself a brony since then. There's been tons of conventions, fan meetups all over the world, musicians putting out great brony themed or inspired music, artists, etc. It's basically a very happy and upbeat show, and it's been known to cure depression in lots of people. frozenshock posted... The producers is okay with the older male fanbase and they have raised money for charities. If the internet had been around during for the original My Little Pony or She-Ra, I think we would've seen a lot of guys advocating that they were really good shows.
