The technical definition is a person is paid to secretly advertise, promote and defend a product right? And I'm assuming you guys are using it to define extreme fanboyism only right?

I mean, if you're calling someone a shill then most likely you're the one being a hater. So what's the opposite of a shill? Someone who blindly hates and uses an obsessive amount of energy and time to demote and bash said product to the point of seeming like they must be getting paid for it. So if the product is paying someone to promote it then who is paying you to hate it? The competition?
