I've come to the conclusion that clocking 40+ hours a week for a percentage of what your CEO is making is for suckers

Been thinking about suffering through it for a few more years, then trying my hand at real estate. If I could be living off the rental income by the time I'm 35, I'd be fucking set

I'm thinking about a Yoga studio, smoke shop, and Real Estate.

If you guys are serious about real estate, PM me and I can give some brief recommendations on where to start and some books to read. There is a whole 'nother side to it that most people simply are not aware of that requires some sweat equity but is ultimately more profitable than "conventional" way of doing things. You just need to know what you're doing.

I work midnight to 8am. I'll take 9 to 5.

2-10pm with some really janky rotating "weekends" that give me an 8 day stretch of work.

Would much rather work early in the morning and have regular weekends off. Hate this bullshit schedule. I preferred my old life of 50 hours a week with no commute sucking down time.

When I was training with the fire department, the hours were four 12s.
Monday: 7am - 7pm
Tuesday: 7am - 7pm
Wednesday: 7pm - 7am
Thursday: 7pm - 7am
4 days off, then repeat the cycle. It was great tbh.

I used to work 6 months on ski patrol and 6 months off, traveling in third world countries to climb mountains.

But now I'm married with a dog and probably gonna be a nurse or something working 3 12s

I usually work 8 hour shifts Sunday-Wednesday night, then Friday night. I'm hoping to get a 12 hour Friday, Saturday, Sunday position and make the rest up Monday.

When its not busy a lot of people at my company do 4 10s.

I personally think 4 10s is the best way to do a 40 hour work week.

Currently on 4 10s. My company is trying out new flex scheduling options to see how productivity is affected and I'm loving it.

I imagine its mostly the same through out, some even do 24 hour shift, 2 days off and repeat, but no, Im in Atlantic Canada.

I have many friends in fire in CO and it's all 48 on/96 off here
