Biologically, yes. If a transgender were to die today, then be discovered 100s of years from now, and all they had was a skeleton with no other identifying markers. The skeleton would be deemed a John or Jane Doe, depending on the structure of the skeleton, especially the pelvic region. Pronouns today wouldn't change that. That is, unless forensic science changes to accomodate trangender people.

However, I do not believe that people argue their biological origin. They know and accept what they are, biologically.

I sense sarcasm, but in any case: TC just needs to be tactful, and know where they are. Even if you're speaking a fact, it can still hurt people. For instance, calling a fat person fat. That's just an asshole thing to do. Now, that's not the exact same thing, as fat people mostly have control over their body weight, where as transgenders claim they do not have control over what they feel that they are. It still has some similarities.
