She fled VisionQuest, an at risk youth facility with 17 y/o Nicole Richard and 16 y/o Ajah Linares as they went in a car and hot tailed it from the facility at 1am. Police are now searching for the girls and are asking anyone to see the girls to call police Gail Strauss, the allentown assistant chief said his dept were made aware of her disappearnce as they are trying to locate her and the other girl's whereabouts Yu was found in Mexico back in March after Kevin and Amy ran away together where he signed her out of school and went on a one way trip to Mexico to "rekindle" their relationship... FEderal agents found them at a resort at Playa del Carmen and she was brought back to her parents and Kevin was arrested on for child custody interference and corruption of minors charges and remains in custody on 500,000 bail.... Police said she willingly left after he posed as her stepfather and repeatedly signed her out of school leaving the Yu family shocked that he was doing this without their knowledge. The 2 met at CHURCH years ago as Amy was friends with his daughters and she would always go on vacation ALONE with the family...it is her closeness to the family and to Kevin that the pair had a secret relationship and were reportedly in love. Amy changed the school documents to list Keivn as he step dad and her mother found out the deception when she came to get her after school one day and found out that Kevin signed her out earlier leaving her furious. Kevin was set to leave his wife and family for a new life with the teen in Mexico Amy reunited with her famly but was still bitter over the reunion and was sent to the facility for rehabilitation Since the age of consent is SIXTEEN in Pennsylvania and TWELVE in Mexico, sexual acts between them would NOT be criminal.
