Looking for some people to play with

I have DotPW 2013, Magic 2014 and Magic 2015

2013 is the one I like the most, and I don't think I have much unlocked in 2015

Nope. I recently got Shandalar 2015 though (fans modded it with updated cards).

Time to combine Magic with Skyrim again and get addicted for hours ._.

What's that? So long as it's not Magic: Online, I'll try my hand at it. The Online one, the text on the cards are just way too small

In 1995 Microprose created Magic the Gathering on PC. It was an open world game, but combat was Magic. You'd go on quests, get money and treasure, and cash them in for Magic cards. Build your deck, go out in the world, fight monsters, get more cards. Beat bosses, get rumors where the Lotus and Moxes are.

So its the crack addiction of opening Magic boosters but without microtransactions, you just had to get good. ProJared had an LP of it.

Sadly i doubt we'll see anything like that in a million years since it was wayyyy too good a value by comparison to other card games.

shandalar is one of the best games ever made. its a damn shame that there has never been another game to replicate it in the 20 years since

How is Slay the Spire? It looks like it has that addicting play-reward-upgrade deck-play-reward cycle. Dammit now I want a Stardew Valley but with Magic cards.

its fantastic, but its more similar to hearthstones dungeon runs than shandalar. Theres no over world map, just node to node like FTL or something
