It's got leveling up, skills trees, open world, places to buy stuff.... if you count those as rpg esque than sure, but it's more of an action adventure game. I enjoyed the characters, but some of them do feel tropey. It also has fucking atrocious inventory management which is inexcusable in a game where crafting is a key element. On the positive side it's a really interesting world and looks absolutely incredible, idk how the fuck that game runs so smoothly on a PS4.
