Have to polish wood pretty much constantly. Carpet you have to vacuum once a month.

I have the real deal in my living room, hallway and two of my bedrooms.
Beautiful stuff. It's over 60 and it still looks amazing aside from one strip with holes and wood putty in it.

I have porcelain tile in my main entry and eating area and its awesome. I swear it could shrug off a bullet, its so durable.

Theres plank hardwood in my kitchen as well. It probably looked great once but needs to be refinished. Too much maintenance.

The rest of the lower level is vinyl wood. It looks good but Im concerned when its exposed to liquid too long like from an unnoticed spill.
